Watermelon Burgers?

OK, Mr. Bittman, you’re on. Color me intrigued by these veggie grilling suggestions from the more-and-more-vegetarian Mark Bittman in Sunday’s New York Times. I’m definitely inspired to do some hacking with these ideas for watermelon, sweet potatoes, cabbage, and more. Question: Do you put ketchup on this burger? Mustard? No condiments at all?
